We offer the flexibility to select a store for each list when planning your shop. Your list will show the current price, availability, and location of each item for the store you select.

A list store is the store that corresponds to the current price, availability, and location of items in your list. Keep in mind that your list store may be different from your cart store. Selecting a list store doesn’t change your cart store. 

A cart store is the store where your items are fulfilled (shopped)—in person, curbside, or delivery. You can also select how you’d like to receive your groceries(in store, curbside, or delivery). 

__To add items from your shopping list to your cart from a computer or mobile browser:__

1. From a shopping list, click the check box next to each item you’d like to move. 
2. Select the “Add to cart” button in the action bar above your items. 

__To add items from your shopping list to your cart from the My H‑E‑B app:__

1. From a shopping list, tap the “Select and move” button on the bottom of the screen
2. Select the items you want to move by checking the box next to each item.
3. Select “Add to cart”.

These items are likely out of stock or unavailable at your cart store. This can happen if you have selected different stores for your list and cart. When you move items from a list to the cart, availability and price can change depending on the location and the fulfillment method (curbside, delivery, in store).

No, you can only add items to your cart from a recipe at this time. We’re actively working on the ability to add ingredients to shopping lists from a recipe.

Yes. If you want to shop a coupon, clip the coupon and add the items to your list. Please note that the savings will be applied once you move your items to your cart, or when you scan your barcode when checking out at the store.

If an item on your shopping list isn't available, it may be because your selected store doesn't carry the product, the product is out of stock, or the product was discontinued. You can use the search feature in your list to find a similar product!


__To move items into another list from a computer or mobile browser:__ 

1. From a shopping list, check the box next to each item you’d like to move.
2. Select “more options” button in the action bar at the top of your list items and click “Add to another list”. 

__To move items into another list from the My H-E-B app:__

1. From a shopping list, select the “Select and move” button on the bottom of the screen
2. Select the items you want to move checking the box next to each item.
3. Select “More actions”, and then select “Add to another list”. 

Please keep in mind that you may see a difference between prices on one of your lists and in your cart. Below, we’ve outlined a few reasons why this can occur. 

Your list estimated total price includes:

- Items currently in stock at the selected list store
- Items that are currently out of stock but otherwise available at the store
- Your list estimated total price doesn’t include: 
- Coupons, offers, or any other discounts
- Discontinued or items no longer sold at the selected store
- Any items under “General items” that are not linked to specific products at your store

Prices may also vary by location or whether you shop in store, curbside, or delivery.


iOS users can use Siri to add items directly to their H-E-B shopping list in the My H-E-B app. Just say a supported voice command and Siri will add the item hands-free.

You can use Siri to List on any iOS device with Siri enabled, including iPhones, iPads, and HomePods.  Those devices must have "Personal Requests" enabled. You don’t need any additional apps. Just make sure you have Siri enabled and the latest version of the My H-E-B app installed.

__To enable Siri to List:__
1. Go to the settings on your iOS device
2. Tap "My H-E-B" under "Apps" 
3. Tap "Siri & Search" 
4. Turn on “Use with Siri Requests”

Note: If you don’t see Siri settings for My H-E-B, make sure you’ve opened the app at least once and have the latest version installed.

__What voice commands can I use to add items to my list?__

You can say:
- “Hey Siri, add milk to my list in My H-E-B” – adds to your most recently used list.
- “Hey Siri, add milk to Grocery list in My H-E-B” – adds to a specific list
- “Hey Siri, add milk, eggs, and bread to my list in My H-E-B” – adds multiple items at once.

All items added via Siri are placed in the "General items" section. You can use the “Find item” feature in the app to categorize them. You can’t remove items using Siri. You’ll need to open the My H-E-B app to delete items manually.

__Why is Siri directing me to Apple Reminders instead of My H-E-B?__

Make sure you say the full command: “Hey Siri, add [item] to my list in My H-E-B.” Saying “in My H-E-B” is essential to route the request correctly.

__Why aren’t the items I added showing up?__

Try the following:
1. Check if the item was added to a different list.
2. Look in the "General items" section at the bottom of your list.
3. Close and reopen the My H-E-B app.
4. Confirm that Siri didn’t add the item to Apple Reminders by mistake.

__How do I change the list Siri adds items to?__

You can specify the list name in your command: “Hey Siri, add apples to Grocery list in My H-E-B.”

__What should I do if Siri doesn’t understand my command?__

Use the recommended phrasing: “Hey Siri, add (item) to my list in My H-E-B.” Make sure to include “in My H-E-B” at the end.

__Does H-E-B record or store my voice commands?__

No. H-E-B does not record or store your voice commands. Siri voice data is handled by Apple.

__How do I disable Siri to List?__

1. Go to "Settings", then "My H-E-B," then "Siri & Search" 
2. Turn off "Use with Siri Requests"  

__Does Siri to List sync across all my devices?__

Yes.  Items added via Siri will appear on all devices logged into your My H-E-B account.

__Can I share my shopping list using Siri?__

No. Siri can’t share lists. To share a list:
1. Open the My H-E-B app.
2. Tap the list you want to share.
3. Tap the share icon in the top right.
