Your prescription and vaccine history for up to the last two years is available online and can be downloaded as a PDF.

On the H-E-B website:

To access your prescription records:

1. Log in to heb.com and click on “Pharmacy.”
2. Click on the “View your prescriptions” button.

To download a printable copy of your prescription records:

1. Log in to heb.com and click on “Pharmacy.”
2. Select your name in the top right corner.
3. Click on “Download pharmacy records.”
4. Click the “View” button for the date range you’d like to download.
5. A PDF version of your records will open in a new tab, and you can download or print from this screen.

Note: If you’re looking for a specific date range, please call the pharmacy.

On the My H-E-B app:

2. Select the account icon in the top right corner.
3. Select “Download pharmacy records.”
4. Tap on the date range you’d like to download.
5. A PDF version of your records will open, and you can download or print from this screen.
