What if the product I order is not available?

Before you place your order, you’ll have the option to choose a substitute item just in case your original item is out of stock or unavailable.

If you allow substitutions and for some reason both your primary and chosen substitute items are out of stock or unavailable, we’ll select a comparable product and let you know that your original item was unavailable. If you do not allow substitutions and a product you ordered is unavailable, we’ll let you know that the item couldn’t be fulfilled, and you won’t be charged for it.

Be sure to provide a phone number at checkout so we can provide you timely order updates.
