How do I cancel a pending order?
To cancel a pending order from your computer:
- While logged in to heb.com, hover over your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select "Orders."
- Select "View details" on the order you’d like to review.
- Select "Cancel order" below "Order details." If you do not see "Cancel order," we are unable to cancel this order.
- Select "Cancel order" again to confirm.
To cancel a pending order from your mobile browser:
- While logged in to heb.com, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Tap "Orders."
- Scroll down to your order and tap "View details"
- Tap "Cancel Order" on the bottom of the screen. - if you do not see "Cancel Order," we are unable to cancel this order.
- Tap "Cancel Order" again to confirm.
To cancel a pending order from the My H‑E‑B app:
- From the My H‑E‑B app, tap "Orders."
- Tap "In progress."
- Find the order you'd like to cancel and tap "View details."
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and tap "Cancel order" - if you do not see "Cancel order," we are unable to cancel this order.
- Tap "Cancel order" again to confirm.
Notifications about a canceled order: When an order has been canceled, you may receive an automatic text message or push notification to confirm that your order was canceled. You can set your preference for these messages in the "Account" section of the My H-E-B app. If you have questions regarding your canceled order, please contact the store where the order was placed for more information. Please note: After an order has been canceled, there will be a hold of funds for a period of time until the funds are released.
