Who shops and delivers my order?
We often partner with trusted delivery vendors to get your order to you faster! Vendors vary by location, and have been carefully selected and are committed to providing the same excellent customer service that H-E-B is known for.
If your order has been assigned to a trusted delivery vendor, the shopper assigned to your order will handle both shopping and delivery. The shopper may text you about order changes, including substitutions and out-of-stock items, so be sure to keep your phone close until your order is delivered. You’ll also receive order updates to help you keep track of how your order is progressing.
