When will my order be ready for pickup?
Your order will be ready for pickup during the pickup window you selected at checkout. Additionally, if you are opted in for order updates, you will receive a push notification or text message alerting you when your order is ready for pickup.
You can check your order status at any time by viewing your order details, either on HEB.com or in the My H-E-B app.
