Yes, someone else may pick up your order. Please be sure they know the name on the order and the order number. We suggest that you add their number at checkout.

To add an order phone number in the app:

1. Go to Checkout.
2. Tap Change to the right of the phone number.
3. Replace the phone number and tap Save.

To add an order phone number on HEB.com:

1. Go to Checkout.
2. Under contact info select Edit on the Primary contact phone number.
3. Replace the information in the form fields and select Save.
4. Place the order and make sure you reply “Yes” to the opt-in text message.

To pick up your order, they will need to:

1. Follow the "Curbside" arrows in the parking lot.
2. Park in a designated curbside parking spot.
3. Text the parking spot code to 99147.
4. Be prepared to provide the order name.
