Why am I getting a message saying “This account already exists”?
If you get a message that says “This account already exists,” it means that your prescription info is already connected to another H-E-B account. Try logging in with a different email address.
If you want your prescription info connected to a different email, call pharmacy technical support M-F 9:00am-6:00pm at (877) 320-4031.
