Auto‑refill helps make managing prescriptions easier. Enrolled prescriptions are automatically refilled before you run out. We’ll let know with a text, email, or phone call when they’re ready for pickup.
You can manage auto‑refill and notification preferences anytime in the My H-E-B app, at heb.com/pharmacy, or by calling your H‑E‑B Pharmacy.
Not all prescriptions are eligible for auto‑refill. Certain controlled substances and prescriptions billed to Texas Medicaid, CHIP, or similar government programs can’t be automatically refilled due to Texas state law.
