If you have specific instructions for an item, such as how ripe you'd like your bananas or how you'd like your deli meat sliced, let us know!

To leave instructions on HEB.com:

1. Click or tap on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
2. Locate the item you'd like to leave instructions for.
3. Under the item description, click or tap "Add note."
4. Type your note, then tap “Save.” Our personal shoppers will do their best to accommodate your requests.

To leave instructions on the My H‑E‑B app:

1. Tap on the shopping cart icon in the lower right corner of your screen.
2. Locate the item you'd like to leave instructions for.
3. Under the item description, tap "Add instructions."
4. Type your note, then tap "Save." Our personal shoppers will do their best to accommodate your requests.
