Can I reorder products from my previous purchase?
Yes, you can reorder products from a previous order.
To reorder from your computer:
- While logged in to heb.com, hover over your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select “Orders.”
- Select “View details” on the order you’d like to reorder products from.
- You will be shown all products in the order. You can either reorder all items, or select individual items to order. Once you’ve selected your items, select “Reorder selected.”
- Your items will be added to your cart. You can go directly to checkout, or add additional items before checking out.
To reorder from your mobile browser:
- While logged in to heb.com, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Tap “Account.”
- Tap “Orders.”
- Select “View details” on the order you’d like to reorder products from.
- Select the order you’d like to reorder products from.
- You will be shown all products in the order. You can either reorder all items, or select individual items to order. Once you’ve selected your items, tap “Reorder Selected.”
- Your items will be added to your cart. You can go directly to checkout, or add additional items before checking out.
To reorder from the My H-E-B app:
- From the My H-E-B app, tap “Orders” in the bottom menu.
- Find the order you’d like to reorder products from and tap “View details.”
- Scroll down to “Order summary” and tap “View all.”
- To reorder all items, tap “Add all to cart.” If you’d like to reorder individual items, tap the plus icon next to an item.
- Your items will be added to your cart. You can go directly to checkout, or add additional items before checking out.
