Can I reorder products from my previous purchase?

Yes, you can reorder products from a previous order.

To reorder from your computer:

  1. While logged in to heb.com, hover over your name in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Select “Orders.”
  3. Select “View details” on the order you’d like to reorder products from.
  4. You will be shown all products in the order. You can either reorder all items, or select individual items to order. Once you’ve selected your items, select “Reorder selected.”
  5. Your items will be added to your cart. You can go directly to checkout, or add additional items before checking out.

To reorder from your mobile browser:

  1. While logged in to heb.com, tap the menu icon in the upper left corner of the screen.
  2. Tap “Account.”
  3. Tap “Orders.”
  4. Select “View details” on the order you’d like to reorder products from.
  5. Select the order you’d like to reorder products from.
  6. You will be shown all products in the order. You can either reorder all items, or select individual items to order. Once you’ve selected your items, tap “Reorder Selected.”
  7. Your items will be added to your cart. You can go directly to checkout, or add additional items before checking out.

To reorder from the My H-E-B app:

  1. From the My H-E-B app, tap “Orders” in the bottom menu.
  2. Find the order you’d like to reorder products from and tap “View details.”
  3. Scroll down to “Order summary” and tap “View all.”
  4. To reorder all items, tap “Add all to cart.” If you’d like to reorder individual items, tap the plus icon next to an item.
  5. Your items will be added to your cart. You can go directly to checkout, or add additional items before checking out.
