Certain types of organizations may be exempt from Texas sales tax. These include religious, charitable, education, sports and non-profit organizations. Follow the below steps to enroll your account for a tax exemption: 

1. Visit this link and log into your account 
2. Fill out the information requested on that page 
3. Click "continue" when done 
4. Read notice and print form 
5. Verify your information and sign it 
6. Send the signed form to H‑E‑B in one of these ways: 

• FAX 210-938-4797
• Email to Imaging.Services@heb.com
• Take it to the Customer Service / One Stop at your local H‑E‑B 

Please note that processing your signed form may take 3 to 5 business days at which time H‑E‑B will notify you of your tax exempt status via e‑mail. This tax exempt status will remain active for one (1) year. In order to maintain tax-exempt status, organizations must renew their status yearly.
