I forgot my password. What should I do?

To reset your password from a computer or mobile browser:

  1. From the login screen, select "Forgot your password?"
  2. Enter your email address, then select "Send Email" or "Submit."

You’ll see a screen asking for a verification code. Please follow these instructions:

  1. You will receive an email with a verification code. (If you don't see this email, check your spam or junk mail folders.) This code is not your new password. It is used to verify your identity.
  2. Go back to the screen asking for your verification code on HEB.com and enter the verification code from your email.
  3. Once you’ve entered the code, you’ll see an option to create a new password. If you've forgotten your password, you'll want to create a new one at this point. If you know your password and don't want to reset it, you can select "skip password reset.”

How can I verify my account email? We will send a security code to your email from H-E-B Accounts Support, support@accounts.heb.com, when:

  • You sign up for an H-E-B account
  • You change the email associated with your account.
  • Your phone number isn’t verified, and we need to verify your identity
  • You request a verification email

Check your inbox for the email from H-E-B Accounts.

Enter the verification code sent to your email in the boxes that appear on your screen to complete the process.

Why didn’t I receive the verification email?

  • Went to a different folder: Check if the email is in your spam or junk folder.
  • Email blocking: Be sure to mark our emails as safe to avoid missing account related communications from us.

Note: If you believe your email has been verified to another account without your permission, please contact us at

Invalid verification code errors If the code you’ve entered is invalid, make sure you’ve typed it correctly. Verification codes are case-sensitive and expire after about fifteen minutes. If the code has expired, request a new one. Be sure that you are entering the most recent verification code that was sent. For more help, call
