  • Stovetop:
    To cook half package: Bring 1 cup water to boil over high heat. Add frozen green beans and return to a boil. Cook covered for 5 - 6 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain and season to taste. To cook whole package, use 2 cups water and cook for 6 - 7 minutes.

    Microwave:
    To cook half package: Place frozen green beans and 1 Tbsp water in a microwave-safe bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Cook on HIGH for 5 - 7 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Drain and season to taste. To make whole package, use 2 Tbsp water and cook for 7 - 8 minutes. Microwaves do vary; adjust cooking time as necessary.
