    Ingredients

    Farro (Wheat), Sea Salt, Dried Porcini Mushrooms, Dehydrated Onion, Cane Sugar, Yeast Extract, Granulated Garlic, Palm Oil, Celery Powder, Turmeric, Parsley, White Pepper.

  • Cooking Instructions: 1. In a large saucepan with a tight fitting lid bring 14 oz. (1 3/4 cups) of water to a boil. 2. Add 1 tbsp. butter (optional) and package of Alessi Porcini Mushroom Farro. Stir while boiling for one minute. 3. Cover saucepan tightly. Reduce heat to summer and cook undisturbed for 20-24 minutes. 4. Let stand uncovered for three minutes fluff and serve.
