Sweeten grilled produce with citrus juice, maple syrup, or honey; try savory seasonings like vinegar, herbs, or barbecue sauce; or turn up the heat with chili powder, smoked paprika, or a curry blend.
 
 

How to Grill Pineapple

Grilling Pineapple

  1. Place pineapple in a large resealable plastic bag. Add honey, butter, hot pepper sauce, and salt. Seal bag and shake to coat evenly.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
  3. Grill pineapple for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until heated through and grill marks appear.

How to Grill Peaches

Grilling Peaches

  1. Slice the peach into halves.
  2. Brush peach halves with maple syrup.
  3. Use a non stick grilling spray to prevent sticking by lightly coating the grill or grill pan over low heat.
  4. Place the peaches cut side down onto the grill or grill pan and cook them low and slow for a few minutes, rotating them 90 degrees halfway through. Note: Monitor the cooking temperature so it's low enough that the maple syrup doesn't burn.

  • Cut in half or slice into wedges of 1/4-inch thick pieces
  • Brush with oil
  • Grill at 350°F for 3-4 minutes
  • Allow to cool then enjoy

  1. Cut avocado in half and remove seed with a spoon.
  2. Drizzle with fresh lime or lemon juice and brush lightly with olive oil.
  3. Gently place cut side down on grill over hot coals for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

How to Grill Squash

  1. Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
  2. Place the zucchini, and squash on a large sheet of aluminum foil and dot with butter. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Seal vegetables in the foil.
  3. Place the foil pack on the preheated grill and cook 20 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
