Get beautiful crosshatch marks by grilling pork chops 2-4 minutes per side, then rotate pork chops 90° and cook an additional 2-3 minutes. For the topping, mix up a homemade Cholula butter with unsalted butter, Cholula Hot Sauce and minced red onion. 

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Grill Time: 8-15 Minutes or until pork reaches 145°F.
