Tuscan Roaster 1 Tray Ribeye Meal

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/4 Tsp non-stick olive oil spray
1 medium lemon, halved
10 Oz H-E-B Asparagus, trimmed
1 1/2 Lb Mountain King Steakhouse Roaster Potatoes, quartered
2 ribeye steaks, about 1-inch thick
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F and coat a lipped baking sheet with nonstick spray.

Place lemon, asparagus and potatoes in a large bowl and toss with Tuscan oil packet until well coated.

Season steaks with salt and pepper and place in the middle of the baking sheet making sure they don't touch. Arrange asparagus and potatoes around the steaks in a single layer. Place a lemon half on each side of pan.

Bake 25 minutes for a medium steak; however, for a rarer steak remove from oven 18 to 20 minutes into cooking time.

Remove from oven squeeze lemon halves with tongs over tray and serve.
