Ingredients

1 Lb ground turkey breast
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tsp chicken fajita seasoning
12 Oz H-E-B Pineapple Pico de Gallo
12 Oz lettuce leaves
8 Oz Large Hass avocado, thin sliced

Instructions

Combine turkey, olive oil, fajita seasoning and 1/2 cup pico de gallo in a bowl until mixture.

Heat a heavy-bottom skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add turkey mixture and stir-fry 10 minutes until turkey is cooked and slightly browned.

Place 1/3 cup turkey mixture in a lettuce leaf. Top with 2 tablespoons pico de gallo and 1 to 2 avocado slices. Enjoy!
