Recipe makes 6 Servings

8 medium ears of fresh sweet corn, husks and silks removed
6 Tbsp salted butter
1/2 Tsp Adams Reserve House Rub
1/4 cup(s) green onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup(s) Fischer & Wieser Four Star Provisions Southwest Dip
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

Using a sharp paring knife, cut fresh corn from cob. Using the back of the knife, scrape cob firmly to push all of the remaining bits and "milk" from the cob.

Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add butter and melt until it starts to bubble up and turn light brown. Add corn and stir to coat. Pan fry corn for 10 minutes.

Add house rub, green onion and southwest dip. Stir and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and stir through cilantro.
