1 personal pineapple, about 14 ounces, diced
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Jalapeño Pepper Toppers with Sweet Balsamic Reduction
1 Tsp salted butter
8 Bar S Bun Length Classic Franks
8 hot dog buns, warmed
1/2 cup(s) green onion, chopped

Instructions

In a medium sauté pan over medium high heat, cook pineapple about 5 minutes or until it starts to brown and gets slightly tender.

Add jalapeño toppers and butter. Cook an additional 2 minutes then remove from heat.

Using same pan, cook hot dogs over medium until well browned and caramelized from pineapple jalapeño mixture.

Serve hot dogs in bun with a spoonful of pineapple mixture and a generous pinch of green onion.
