1 butter cake mix
1 large egg
1/3 cup(s) unsalted butter, microwave until melted
1 Tbsp Montana Mex Sweet Salt Seasoning
3 Kiolbassa Bacon, thinly sliced
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Creamy Peanut Butter
3 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 cream cheese
2 medium bananas, sliced
1/3 cup(s) Vela Farms Cinnamon Banana Jam

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, egg, and butter. Place in a half sheet pan and bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in freezer 10 minutes.

In a separate medium size bowl, mix together cream cheese and peanut butter until creamy. Add powdered sugar 1 cup at a time until completely blended together. Stir in Montana Mex Sweet Salt Seasoning.

Pan fry bacon until crisp and set aside.

Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled cake.

Top with bananas and bacon. Drizzle with cinnamon banana jam. Cut into squares and serve either chilled or at room temperature.
