Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb sirloin tip steak, cut into 4 pieces
1/2 Tsp salt, divided use
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 Sweet Texas 1015 Onion(s), thinly sliced
1 cup(s) portabello mushroom(s), cleaned and thinly sliced
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Sodium Beef Broth

Instructions

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium.

Season steaks with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.

Cook steaks 8 minutes per side, then transfer to a clean plate.

Reduce skillet to low heat and add butter.

Sauté onions and mushrooms 3 to 5 minutes then add beef broth and season with remaining salt. Return steaks to skillet.

Coat steaks in sauce and smother with mushrooms and onions before serving.
