Sizzling Sirloin Skewer

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 Tsp ground cumin
1/4 Tsp iodized salt
3 H-E-B Prepared Vegetable Kabobs
1 Lb sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
8 wooden skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes

Instructions

Make marinade by combining olive oil, garlic, cumin, and salt in a gallon-size zipper bag.

Add vegetables (removed from skewers) and sirloin to marinade, seal bag, and turn to coat all ingredients. Place in refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Bring grill to medium heat.

Drain marinade. Alternate vegetables and beef on skewers until all 8 skewers are complete.

Grill 5 minutes on each side with the lid and vent closed. Remove from grill and enjoy!
