3 Central Market Cajun Style Andouille Sausage, sliced
2 cup(s) chicken breast boneless, skinless, cooked and chopped
2 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp pure olive oil
6 Oz whole artichoke hearts, drained and halved
15 Oz H-E-B Saucy Cajun Sauce
1/2 cup(s) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp salted butter
1 H-E-B Pan Frances Bread, sliced in 2-inch thick slices and buttered

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large sauté pan, sauté sausage, chicken and mushrooms over medium-high heat with oil until thoroughly browned.

Combine artichoke hearts, sauce and cheese together in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Top with buttered French bread slices and cover with foil.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes to brown the bread.
