Salt Baked Brie with Honey, Figs and Walnuts

1 Himalayan Salt Cooking Slab
8 Oz Brie Cheese
6 figs, cut in half
1 cup(s) walnuts, slightly crushed
1/4 cup(s) Walker Honey Farm Texas Clover Honey, as needed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 250ºF.

Place salt slab onto a sheet pan lined with foil. Set brie in center of salt slab.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese just starts to melt.

Remove salt slab from oven, then onto a cooling rack. Place figs and walnuts around cheese and drizzle everything with honey.

Serve with crackers or soft bread.
