1 cup(s) garlic cloves
1 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
12 Oz Four J Meatball Sauce

Instructions

Place garlic in a small pot and cover with olive oil. Bring to a bare simmer and cook very gently until garlic has softened and browned. (Be careful not to burn the garlic. Keep the heat low enough so the garlic browns slowly.)

Strain oil from garlic (reserve oil for later use in another recipe).

Place meatball sauce and garlic in a blender and pulse until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Makes enough sauce for 2 pizzas each serving 8 people. Also great as a dipping sauce for crusty bread or fried mozzarella sticks.
