3 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
2 1/2 Lb lean ground beef
1 cup(s) white onion, chopped
3 H-E-B Garlic, peeled and chopped
1 Lb H-E-B Pinto Beans
14 1/2 Oz Trappey's Pinto Beans
1 1/4 Oz Pioneer Chile Mix
28 Oz H-E-B Diced Tomatoes
1/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Central Market Oregano
1/2 Tsp Central Market Ground Cumin
15 Oz diced tomatoes
10 1/2 Oz H-E-B Corn Chips
1 cup(s) H-E-B Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Add vegetable oil, then add the ground beef.

Cook beef over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until browned.

Add the onion and chopped garlic and cook for 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add in the beans, Pioneer Chile Mix, diced tomatoes and 1 cup water to the cooked ground beef.

Add remaining ingredients except the cheese and corn chips.

Heat over medium-high heat until mixture comes to a boil; cover.

Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 15 minutes.

Serve chili and top each bowl with corn chips and cheese.
