2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Onion & Chive Cream Cheese Spread
4 slices Black Forest ham
1/2 cup(s) Swiss cheese, shredded
5 1/2 Oz Hill Country Fare Seasoned Baking Mix for Chicken
1 quick spray of Hill Country Fare Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Heat oven to 400°F.

Line baking sheet with foil, spray with non-stick spray and set aside.

Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of plastic wrap on a cutting board; flatten with a rolling pin to 1/4-inch thickness, then cut each breast in half lengthwise and place on a sheet of foil.

Spread each chicken breast half with 1 tablespoon cream cheese, then place a slice of ham over cream cheese and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons shredded Swiss cheese; roll up chicken breasts, spray with non-stick spray and press each in seasoned baking mix; place on prepared baking pan, and bake on center oven rack 15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 170°F.
