1/2 cup(s) sweet onions, diced
1/4 cup(s) Extra virgin Olive Oil
9 .8800 fl oz Cosi Come Pumpkin Cream
15 1/2 Oz Goya Cannellini Beans, do not rinse and drain
2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Chicken Stock
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Meal Simple Original Rotisserie Chicken, meat pulled off the bone and chopped
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Instructions

Place a large Connect Cookware 6-quart Dutch Oven over medium heat. Add sweet onion and oil and cook until onion is soft, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Add pumpkin cream, cannellini beans, chicken broth, chicken and cilantro.

Continue cooking chili on medium and heat until small bubbles form around the edge.

Serve piping hot in warm soup bowls and season to taste with salt.
