6 Oz H-E-B Dried Apricots, Chopped
3 Oz popcorn
1 cup(s) H-E-B Snax Mixed Nuts
5 Tbsp Central Market Organics All Natural Peanut ButterSmooth
10 Oz Hill Country Fare Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

Line cupcake pan with cupcake liners and set aside.

Prepare the popcorn according to package directions and discard the non-popped kernels.

Mix popcorn, dried fruit and mixed nuts in a large bowl and set aside.

Place peanut butter and marshmallows in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat marshmallow mixture on High power for 2-2 1/2 minutes. Carefully remove bowl from microwave and stir marshmallow mixture until smooth.

Immediately, add the popcorn mixture to the marshmallow mixture; stir with spoon to coat.

Spoon the marshmallow-popcorn mixture into prepared muffin pan and press with the back of the spoon.

Cool completely before serving.
