16 Oz Central Market Mafaldine I.G.P. Pasta di Gragnano
1 cup(s) white onion, diced
3 H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves, minced
2 cup(s) H-E-B Fully Cooked Whole Spiral Ham, diced
8 Oz fresh English peas
1 Lb fresh asparagus, ends trimmed and stalks thickly cut on a bias
1 cup(s) Agriform Grana Padano Cheese, grated, plus more as needed
1/4 cup(s) fresh chives, chopped fine

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water for sauce, then drain and set aside.

Place a large sauté pan over medium heat, add onions and garlic. Sauté 3 to 4 minutes before adding ham, peas and asparagus.

Sauté everything 3 to 4 minutes before adding pasta and pasta water.

Continue to cook, add cheese and toss everything to coat until cheese melts and sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat, season to taste and garnish with chives.
