Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
6 white fish fillets
2 cup(s) H-E-B Instant Rice
1 white onion, peeled cut into 1 inch slices and separated
1 tomato, cut into wedges
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Texas Twist Serrano Ranch Dressing

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add oil and fry fillets on each side for 2 minutes. Remove fillets from skillet and set aside.

Add rice and onions in same skillet and stir-fry for 2 minutes over high heat until the rice is golden.

Add fish fillets, tomato wedges, Ranch dressing and 1/2 cup water and bring mixture to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to medium, cover skillet and cook Seafood Serrano for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
