3 Lb pork shoulder roast
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/4 cup(s) Whataburger Mustard
4 Tbsp Adams Reserve Memphis Rub

Instructions

Preheat oven to 500°F.

Cover shoulder roast with mayo, mustard and Memphis rub.

Place the shoulder roast in a disposable foil pan and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 250°F and continue to cook until the pork is tender and falls apart readily.

Serve with your favorite roll and sides.
