1 cantaloupe, peeled and diced
3/4 cup(s) non-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup(s) frozen mixed berries
1/2 cup(s) orange juice
34 fl oz unsweetened sparkling water

Instructions

Combine cantaloupe, yogurt, frozen berries and orange juice. Stir in sparkling water.

Pour into cups and cover each with foil. Pierce the center of the foil with a small knife and slide the craft stick down inside the cup.
