Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb salmon fillets
1 Tsp Central Market Organic Herbs de Provence
1/4 Tsp sea salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup(s) Cookwell & Company Fin and Feather Citrus Marinade
1 cup(s) H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions

Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium heat 4-5 minutes or until very hot but not smoking.

Rinse salmon and pat dry.

Season with herbes, salt and pepper.

Place olive oil in hot skillet. Add salmon; cook 5-6 minutes per side or until done.

Remove salmon to a plate.

Add marinade and cream to same skillet. Bring to a boil and simmer 3-5 minutes or until thickened.

Pour sauce over salmon and serve immediately.
