16 Oz mango chutney
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub
2 Tbsp olive oil
16 Oz firm tofu, cut into 1/2" cubes
1/2 cup(s) Global Palate Indian Sindhi Curry Sauce

Instructions

In large bowl, toss broccoli stir-fry with Adams Reserve House Rub and 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Bring large skillet to medium-high heat; add vegetables and sauté until water has evaporated, about 3-4 minutes. Add remaining olive oil and tofu. Continue to cook until tofu is lightly browned and vegetables are tender, about 2-3 minutes.

Add sauce and stir, remove from heat and serve.
