3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Natural Hazelnut Creamer
1/2 cup(s) slivered almonds, plus more as needed for garnishing

In a blender, combine ice cream, coffee, and hazelnut cream. Blend until smooth, pour into small glasses, top with whipped cream if desired and garnish with slivered almonds.
