Instructions

1
Preheat oven to 400ºF.
2
Remove rolls from package, and using a long serrated knife cut rolls in half horizontally across the middle to make slider buns. Place bottom half of rolls in a 9" X 13" baking pan.
3
Place a skillet over medium heat adding oil and onions. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until they begin to soften.
4
Add pork, stir to break apart and cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir sauce and cilantro through pork.
5
Spoon pork evenly over bottom half of slider buns. Top with cheese and jalapeño rings.
6
Place in oven, and cook for 5 minutes, just to heat through and melt cheese slightly.
7
Add top of slider buns and return to oven for 5 more minutes to toast tops.

Chef's Note: Makes a great game day snack or a quick dinner. Can also be made with chicken, cooked ahead of time and made into sandwiches just before serving.
