Grilled Southwest Marinated Flank Steak

1 Lb beef flank steak
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Specialty Series Southwest Marinade

Instructions

Combine flank steak and marinade in zipper bag, seal and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to grill.

Heat charcoal or gas grill to 400°F.

Place marinated flank steak on hot grill with lid closed and grill for 2 minutes.

Turn meat over and continue to grill for another 2 -3 minutes with grill cover open. Check internal temperature of the meat for desired degree of doneness.

Turn meat over once more until desired degree of doneness is reached.

Place meat on cutting board and allow to rest 5 minutes. Thin slice flank steak across grain and serve.
