Grilled Fish Diablo Ceviche

1 1/2 Lb H-E-B Simply Seasoned Tilapia Fillet Adobo
12 Oz H-E-B Pico de Gallo, mild
2 Tbsp lime, juiced
6 cup(s) romaine lettuce, chopped

Instructions

Prepare a charcoal or gas grill to 375°F.

Spray a grill mesh or fish grilling basket with non-stick cooking spray. Add tilapia and grill 4 minutes per side.

Remove from grill. Flake fish into small, bite-size chunks and place in a bowl.

Combine pico de gallo and lime juice with tilapia pieces.

To serve place 1/2 cup ceviche on chopped lettuce.
