2 large hothouse cucumbers
2 Tbsp H-E-B Organics Balsamic Dressing
1 Tsp fresh oregano, small leaves or roughly chopped
1 Pt angel sweet tomatoes
20 small Kalamata olives, halved or quartered
2 Oz Feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

Cut cucumber into ribbons using a spiral cutter or vegetable peeler. Discard seedy middle part.

Just before serving toss gently with dressing and top with fresh oregano, tomatoes, olives and Feta.
