Creamy Cavatelli with Spinach and Artichoke

1 pkg. Central Market Cavatelli Pasta
10 Oz frozen spinach
15 1/2 Oz quartered artichokes
1 jar La Conserva Della Nonna Artichoke Cream
1 cup(s) fat free sour cream
1 cup(s) fontina cheese, diced
1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
1 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high flame. Lightly spray with nonstick cooking oil. Add in spinach and artichokes. Cook for several minutes until all of the liquid has evaporated.

Add in remaining ingredients and stir until cheese is completely melted.

Transfer spinach mixture to pasta and mix to coat. Season with salt and serve.
