Citrus and Mint Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

2 Lb 16-20 count shrimp, thawed
1 Tsp lemon, zested
1 Tsp lime, zested
1 Tsp orange, zested
1 Tbsp fresh mint, minced fine
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tsp Mi Tienda Mesquite Seasoning

Instructions

In a bag combine shrimp, zests, mint and olive oil.

Toss to coat and let marinate 30 to 45 minutes while you preheat grill to medium-high.

Place shrimp on grill and season with mesquite seasoning.

Grill 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp curl up and turn pale pink color.

Place shrimp on a plate and season to taste with more mesquite seasoning.

Squeeze with fresh lemon or lime juice if desired.
