1 1/4 Lb boneless chicken thighs
1 Tsp Mi Tienda Chili Quick Seasoning, plus more as needed
1 large lime, zest only

Instructions

In a bowl, liberally season chicken thighs on all sides with chili mix and lime zest. Allow to sit and marinate at least 30 minutes to 1 hour (the longer it sits the more intense the flavor).

Preheat grill to 350ºF to 375ºF or medium-high.

Grill chicken 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until nicely marked and internal temperature reaches 170ºF. Allow to rest before serving.

Serve over any grilled vegetables. Season to taste as needed.
