16 Oz H-E-B Linguine or Farfalle Pasta, uncooked
3 H-E-B Fully Cooked Italian Chicken Breasts, frozen
6 Oz fresh spinach
1 cup(s) Cookwell & Company Olive & Lemon Vinaigrette
8 Oz H-E-B Sliced Black Olives
7 Oz H-E-B Diced 3 Color Bell Peppers
4 Oz H-E-B Tradicional Crumbled Feta

Instructions

Bring 4 quarts water to a boil in a 6-quart pot over High heat.

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat chicken in microwave according to package directions. Cut into thin slices. Set aside.

Right before draining pasta, add spinach to pasta cooking pot. Then, pour pasta and spinach into a colander over sink. Drain well and return to cooking pot. Toss with chicken and dressing to coat.

Transfer mixture to a large serving bowl. Add olives, bell peppers and feta cheese; toss to mix.

Serve immediately or chill.
