1 Tbsp H-E-B Sea Salt
2 live lobsters
1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter, melted
2 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

Bring 6 quarts of water to a boil in a 10 to 12 quart pot; add sea salt.

Drop lobsters into boiling water.

Bring water back to a boil, then cover pot, reduce heat to medium and cook lobsters for 10 minutes.

Pour into a large colander to drain.

Serve lobsters on large plates with melted butter and lemon wedges.

Provide nut crackers or seafood forks to remove lobsters from shells.
