8 Oz H-E-B Ziti
3/4 Lb extra lean ground beef
2 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
10 Oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup(s) cherry tomatoes
2 cup(s) marinara sauce

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Brown beef in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, remove the beef with a slotted spoon.

Add in the mushrooms and sauté for 4-5 minutes, then add in spinach and tomatoes.

Return beef to the pan along with marinara sauce.

Bring to a light simmer for several minutes then serve over pasta.
