2 Oz Hill Country Fare Unflavored Gelatin, 2 packets
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Cane Sugar
32 Oz H-E-B Neufchatel Cream Cheese
1 Tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp McCormick's Banana Extract
2 Nabisco Nilla Pie Crusts
1 bananas, sliced
10 Oz Hill Country Fare Vanilla Wafers, for garnish

Instructions

In a bowl combine gelatin, sugar and 3/4 cup boiling water; stir to dissolve.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese (room temperature) until smooth and creamy.

Add in sugar mixture and extracts; blend with a hand mixer to make creamy.
