Asian Ginger Chicken with Lime

1 Lb Boneless and skinless chicken thighs
1/3 cup(s) Cookwell and Company Asian Ginger Vinaigrette
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1 Tbsp lime, juiced

Instructions

Marinate the chicken with vinaigrette in a zip-lock bag for 1-2 hours.

Place a skillet over medium heat, add oil, tilt to coat and let heat up.

Place chicken in the pan and let cook for 4 minutes, or until opaque.

Pour on a little more vinaigrette, and a splash of lime juice.
